The same viscosity label can perform differently when the test concentration, temperature, Brookfield spindle/speed, substitution, ash, particle size or production route changes. Send the current grade and application target when asking for quotation.
HPMC Does Not Replace RDP
HPMC supports water retention, thickening and workability. RDP/VAE supports adhesion, flexibility and film formation. For high-performance tile adhesive or repair mortar, both additive roles must be discussed separately.
